What to prepare
- A public GitHub repository for a project whose purpose is the MCP server, not a product with MCP as one more connector.
- One concise sentence ending in a period, without links, and an existing Servers category.
- No existing row or pending contribution for the repository.
One row, one section
The service appends a single table row as the last line of an existing Servers section and raises that section’s Contents count by one. It uses the documented placeholders for language, activity and stars and never invents a category.
Submission workflow
- Read the current contribution guide and Servers categories.
- Inspect the exact proposed row and Contents count change in free preflight.
- Authorize the checked contribution and follow the independently verified PR.
- Track maintainer review and the merged row separately.
Blockers to resolve before review
Use these as preparation checks. The destination makes its own acceptance decision.
- MCP is a bolt-on to a larger product, or the repository is empty, abandoned or private.
- A duplicate repository, a new category, or a self-promoted Featured entry.
