Website analytics
We use Gizmo Analytics (https://gizmoanalytics.io) for privacy-friendly, cookieless website analytics. Gizmo does not use cookies, does not store IP addresses, does not track visitors across sites, and does not collect personal information.
Information used to deliver the service
We store account details, including your name and optional email, account identifiers, hashed API keys and hashed sign-in session tokens. The browser uses a session cookie for sign-in. We process repository URLs and public repository or profile information to check eligibility, prepare materials and build the submission payloads you approve.
Launch records include quotes, approvals, destination payloads, job status, provider receipts, listing evidence and service-case messages. These records support fulfillment, troubleshooting and payment reconciliation.
Connections and publishing
Supported connection secrets stored in the application database are encrypted. Official LobeHub CLI credential files are separately managed in private filesystem homes; they are not encrypted by this application. Operator-managed authenticated browser sessions and private publisher materials can also be used for authorized publishing workflows.
Approved submissions send necessary server, repository, profile and publishing information to the selected third-party providers. Public listings, contribution pull requests and submitted public materials may be visible to others under those providers’ practices. Review the exact payload and connected account before authorizing a submission.
Payments
Stripe processes hosted Checkout payments and supported Shared Payment Token payments. We store payment and order references, amounts, status and reconciliation evidence. The application does not collect or store raw payment card details.
Retention and requests
We retain account and launch information as needed to operate the service, fulfill orders, resolve support requests and keep financial and submission evidence. No fixed deletion deadline is promised here. You can request access, correction or deletion through the support contact below; the operator verifies account ownership and reviews records that must be retained for financial, dispute or service obligations.
Revoke supported connections in the workspace when no longer needed. Revocation removes their stored encrypted secret while retaining non-secret audit metadata. A deletion request does not remove public submissions from third-party services; those providers control their own records.
