What to prepare
- A public source repository meeting the current inclusion criteria.
- Owner authority, service contributor access, accurate public metadata and a complete duplicate check.
- Explicit approval of the maintainer-intake issue; a later DCO-signed PR is a separate requirement.
Approval is a prerequisite
ToolHive requires an approved open issue before a new-entry PR. The service can submit the exact intake request and independently verify trusted approval. The later contribution still needs DCO consent, validation and review. Intake requests are separate from the qualifying new submissions in a $49 launch.
Submission workflow
- Review the current inclusion criteria and exact proposed intake issue.
- Authorize the checked issue with your launch; intake requests do not satisfy its submission minimum.
- Follow the independently verified issue receipt and maintainer approval.
- After verified approval, an assigned case requests a validated DCO-signed contribution; that PR is not yet automated.
Blockers to resolve before review
Use these as preparation checks. The destination makes its own acceptance decision.
- A new entry PR without an approved, linked issue.
- Inclusion criteria, configuration, signing or CI requirements not met.
