What to prepare

  • An official server: backed by the product or company it connects to, or a widely used open source project. You opt in by setting directory_categories for this list to one of its categories.
  • A public, maintained repository that is not brand new, and a description of at most 10 words (set short_description if the shared one is longer).

A one-line entry at the end of a category

The service appends one line to the end of the category you chose: the bold name linked to your repository and a description of 10 words or fewer. Only official vendor servers should opt in.

Submission workflow

  1. Set directory_categories for this list to the category that fits (Emerging and Independent for small teams); without it the list is shown as not applicable.
  2. Run the free preflight: it checks the repository age and scans the list and open pull requests.
  3. Review the exact README line.
  4. Authorize the checked contribution and follow the independently verified pull request.
  5. Listing is confirmed only when the line is on the default branch.

Blockers to resolve before review

Use these as preparation checks. The destination makes its own acceptance decision.

  • Not an official or widely used server, or an archived or abandoned project.
  • Brand-new projects without real community usage, or a description over 10 words.
